Shridath Ramphal Centre Online Courses

The Shridath Ramphal Centre (SRC) of The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, is pleased to announce the imminent launch of three self-paced online short courses designed to equip professionals, students, and lifelong learners with practical knowledge in international trade law, customs, and procurement.

The following courses will be on offer soon:
• Competition Law and the Economics of Competition Law: An exploration of the legal and economic principles underpinning competition law and its application in regional and global markets.
• Customs and Trade Facilitation: A comprehensive overview of customs procedures and trade facilitation mechanisms relevant to the Caribbean and beyond.
• Public Procurement: An examination of public procurement frameworks, best practices, and their role in fostering transparency and economic development.

Each course is 100% online and self-paced, allowing participants to learn at their own convenience. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. Courses are priced at $750 BDS (USD $325) per course.

The SRC will host a free Introductory Session on June 26th, 2026, from 10:30 – 11:00 AM (AST), where prospective participants can learn more about the courses and what to expect.
